CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: GLOvana Lash Studio requires 12-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to give 12-hour notice and No-shows will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. Before booking your next appointment, we kindly ask that any outstanding fees from late cancellations or no shows be settled. This will help us continue to provide quality service to all our customers.
